Every home is different, and the causes of mold growth could be numerous. Mold can be caused by moisture conditions, structural defects, or a blend of factors. Our specialist technicians help you understand why your home has a mold problem so we can tailor the treatment accordingly.

Our expert technicians use a suite of professional diagnostic tools — hygrometers, moisture meters, and infrared cameras — across the attic, living space, crawlspace, and HVAC system, combined with their knowledge, to offer insights on the indoor air quality and mold load in your home. Where testing is warranted, a third-party lab runs air, tape, and culturable sample analysis to identify the specific mold species present.

02  Mold Treatment — Sterilant Stage

The sterilant stage treats mold on contact.

The sterilant is applied as a fine treatment mist fine enough to reach micro-cracks and crevices traditional methods can't. Its active ingredients include acetic acid, peracetic acid (which does most of the heavy lifting, with no traces left behind), and hydrogen peroxide.

Treatment is delivered in a single visit, typically without demolition and with no relocation required. Most families are back in their home the same evening.

03  Mold Prevention — Antimicrobial Protectant

The antimicrobial protectant stage, the backbone of our warranty, inhibits future mold growth.

The antimicrobial protectant works mechanically, not chemically. After treatment, surfaces carry a layer of microscopic spikes — about 1/1,000th the size of a human hair, with roughly 500 trillion able to fit on the surface of a quarter — each carrying a single-nitrogen-atom positive electrical charge.

Mold spores are negatively charged and are drawn to the spikes like magnets; on contact, the spikes physically break the cell wall apart. No residue, no texture, nothing you'll ever notice is there — keeping your home protected long after we've left.
