“Quality work. My home is a much better place now. The owner is very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company. Two thumbs up 👍”
“Ron was more than thorough in his inspection & gave us a quote that was adequate for the scope of work. So glad we went with his company vs the others.”
“They did a wonderful job! Treated my home like it was their own. My house was full of mold it's all gone now I am forever grateful. Super nice crew family run business. Recommend them to anyone with a mold problem”
“It really works! After my kids left the house, I kept our back two bedrooms closed off to save on heating costs. Both rooms are carpeted and after a couple years they took on a very dank smell. After the treatment the smell was completely gone and the air feels clean. I was initially concerned about what the process would do to my house plants (have many) and not even a brown spot occurred. The team was polite and professional and I will definitely have this done again.”
“We got our house done and all I can say is that this really works, not only organic, but no chemical smell not stains especially with the weather we get here, haven't seen a spot a Spot of mold since. Thank u for ur work.”
Independent inspections, lab-grade testing, and plain-language reports. We don't sell remediation you don't need — and when treatment is required, you decide with the data in hand.
Samples processed by an accredited third-party lab so the report stands on its own — no in-house conflict of interest.
Humidity, moisture content, behavioral contribution — we map why a problem exists, not just whether it's there.
Spore counts, species, comparisons, and recommendations — written so you can act on them without a PhD.
If you don't have a mold problem, we'll tell you. Real homeowners say it best — see our verified Google reviews.
Serving Northern California — homes, rentals, and commercial properties alike.
Ascertain if your home or workplace has a mold problem, how bad the problem is, why the problem exists, what its cause(s) are and what can be done. We do this in two ways as part of our mold inspection and testing service.
We have several options when it comes to mold testing. We can discuss which would be most appropriate for your situation if you give us a call or fill out our contact form.
Our expert technicians will use their suite of specialist diagnostic tools along with their expertise to identify problem areas, likely cause(s) and effective solutions.
Expert diagnostics
Our expert technicians use a suite of professional diagnostic tools — hygrometers, moisture meters, and infrared cameras — across the attic, living space, crawlspace, and HVAC system, combined with their knowledge, to offer insights as unique as the conditions in your home. In the damp coastal and mountain climates of far-northern California, crawl space moisture is one of the most common root causes we find.
The aim of the inspection is to form a picture of why a mold problem exists and, crucially, what can be done about it.
A visual inspection tells us where moisture is accumulating and where conditions could support mold growth right now — it's a snapshot of the property on the day we're there, not a guarantee about what's happening inside every wall cavity. That's why we pair it with lab-based testing whenever the situation calls for it: together, the two give you the fullest picture available before you decide on next steps.
The type of test you need may differ depending on your circumstances and desired outcomes. Call us for clarification — we'll help you pick what fits.
Data-driven testing
Testing determines whether mold is present, how severe it is (spore count per m³), which mold strains are present, and how those readings compare against contextual baselines.
Results combine into a single report that gives you fact-based insight into the air quality in the home, the cleanliness of its airspaces, and whether any mold remediation is required.
Samples go to an accredited, independent laboratory rather than being read in-house, and results are typically back within a few business days of sampling. We treat the report as one input, not the whole answer: it's a point-in-time reading of what was in the air or on that surface, and it works best read alongside the visual inspection rather than in place of it. For decisions with real weight behind them — a real estate transaction, an insurance claim, sign-off after remediation — we'll walk through what the numbers do and don't tell you before you act on them.
When To Test
Not every situation needs a lab-grade test — sometimes a visual inspection and moisture reading tell us everything we need to know. Other situations benefit from the extra data a test provides:
